Returns & Exchanges

At Nip and Bones LLC our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will be happy to help you Return or Exchange it. Please view our policies regarding Returns and Exchanges below. All Returns and Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns
To return a product it must be unopened, unused, in resalable condition, and received within 30 days of purchase date for a refund of the cost of the product only. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. Products returned are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. Please email returns@NipandBones.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions before sending us any product. Include the RMA number on the original invoice.

Exchanges
To exchange a product it must be unopened, unused, in resalable condition, and received within 30 days of your purchase date. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fees but we are unable to provide refunds on shipping costs. Please email returns@NipandBones.com to inform us that you would like to exchange an item and we will help you complete your exchange.

Damaged or Non-Operational Items:
If you have received a damaged or non-operational item please contact us as soon as possible via returns@NipandBones.com. We will do our best to replace the item free of charge and shipping charges.

Refunds
To receive a refund, items must be returned in unused and resalable condition, in the original packaging, with all information or pieces included. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable and any restocking fees will be deducted before the refund is issued. Please allow time for your refund to appear on your credit card, banks vary on how long it takes to reflect credits.

Return Policy Exceptions
We are unable to accept Returns or Exchanges on Opened Food or Treats and International Orders.

Note: If you need to return or exchange any Cat Furniture please note that you must inform us within 5 business days from when you received your shipment.
