| More About Our Dear Sparkle Cat Book |
|
Ever wonder what your cat is thinking? Or maybe you think your cat could actually use some practical fellow feline advice!
Entertaining and recommended for any cat lover!
The book description says it all below but this book is written by a cat for cats so us humans should give this one a read and then hand it over to our cats.
Sage advice straight from the mouth of the world's most pointed puss!
-
My human is moving in with her boyfriend, so we'll have to leave our apartment and my perfect bird watching perch. I need to know how to get rid of him!
-
Our pet sitter smells weird. Is there any way to make her less stinky?
-
My humans like to sleep when it's obviously the best time to play! Have any ideas for how to wake them up?
Face it, felines, your humans can't help you untangle your problems - especially when they're usually the ones driving you crazy! Never fear, the world's foremost feline authority Sparkle the Cat is here to solve all of your kitty conundrums. Sparkle can relate to you and your furry friends and offers insight laced with tough love.
With 70 Q&As, "Sparkle Says" sidebars, and full-color photos throughout, this guide is definitely NOT your usual human-written cat book.
Whether you're a confused kitty who doesn't understand why you're supposed to stay off the couch, a cat who's furious because the new puppy ate your catnip stash, or a freaked-out feral who wants to return to the wild, Sparkle has the wise - and often hilarious - answers for your woes.
About the Author
Sparkle the Cat's advice column began in 2003 as an addition to her online diary, www.sparklecat.com, but soon became the most popular section of her website and has earned her thousands of fans on Twitter and MySpace. In 2006, Sparkle's advice first became available in book form, and went on to win the Wild Card category at the Hollywood Book Festival and honorable mention in the same category at the 2007 New York Book Festival. Sparkle lives with her human, Janiss Garza, and two roommates: Binga and Boodie.
Janiss Garza is not a weirdo cat fanatic. She has other interests; among other things, she is a writer and editor whose work has appeared in such publications as the Los Angeles Times and Entertainment Weekly.
