Customer Service

Placing your order
To place your order just browse our unique pet products that Baby Patches has found to be the best for your cat or dog. Add your selected items to the shopping cart, either continue shopping or choose to checkout. If you want to checkout using PayPal please click the PayPal checkout button on the shopping cart page. Otherwise, click the checkout button to proceed. Once all your information is entered including billing, shipping, and payment information click the "Place My Order" button. If your order is sucessful you will be redirected to the successful checkout page and receive an order confirmation via email.
 
Order Status & Tracking
You may check the status of your order at any time as long as you have the billing zip code and the order number. Use the Order Status link at the top of the site. To track your package please use the tracking number you received via email or on the order status page and click the link provided. In some cases you may not receive a tracking number, if you have any questions about when your order will arrive please contact us. For international customers who select USPS First Class International Mail please note that we cannot track your order at all and will be unable to provide any additional information.
 
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and PayPal Express Checkout. If using PayPal Express Checkout be sure to click the PayPal button on the shopping cart page and remember that your account email address must match your PayPal account's email address. We do not store credit card numbers for your protection. All orders are processed via a Secure Server/SSL to secure your sensitive information.
 
Using PayPal
To use PayPal Express Checkout you must click the PayPal Express button on the shopping cart page. You will then be redirected and asked to login to your PayPal account. You will then be asked to verify your information such as payment method & ship to address (please be aware the shipping address does not matter). Click the continue button after you have verified your payment selection and you will be redirected back to our web site's checkout page. Once you are on the checkout page you may change your ship to address and select your shipping method. Click the 'Place my order' button at the bottom of the page to complete your order. If for any reason you leave the checkout page, ie. to add something else to your shopping cart, you must login to PayPal again (using the PayPal button on the shopping cart page). For best results do not login to your account on our site before using PayPal.
 
Altering or Cancelling Orders Placed
If your order has not yet shipped, we would be happy to accommodate any changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process or has been placed with our designers, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Additionally international orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
 
Out of Stock Items
While we directly stock several of our items there are many items that ship directly from the manufacturer due to either size, personalization, or other factors. If you order an item that is out of stock then we will do one of two things. If the item can be obtained within 5 business days then we will hold your order and send it when the item arrives. When this occurs you will be notified via email. If the item will take longer than 5 business days we will send out the remaining of your order and send the out of stock item when it arrives at our expense.

Sale Shop - Items located in our Sale Shop are not restockable so if you order an item that is out of stock from our Sale Shop then you will be credited for that item. Please note that we do our best to indicate the number of currently in stock on each item in the Sale Shop.

Discontinued Items - Should an item you order be discontinued, any remaining stock will be shipped to you. And a refund for anything that was no longer available will be issued. Shipping will only be adjusted if the weight results in a rate change.

 
Discount Coupon/Promo Codes
If you have a valid discount coupon/promo code, please pay attention to any exclusions and/or end dates. If no end date was provided to you then your personal discount coupon/promo code is good for one use and has no expiration date. To use your discount coupon/promo code you must enter the code on the shopping cart page in the "Coupon Code:" box and click "Update Cart" above. If valid, you will see the details of the offer on the shopping cart page and are free to continue to checkout.
 
Gift Cards
Purchasing a Gift Card is easy, just click on the Gift Cards link on the left side of the web site. Upon purchasing Gift Cards you have 3 choices: we can simply send you the code directly so that you can give it to whomever you wish, we can email it to the email address you specify in the comments box during checkout, or we can mail it in a card to the person you indicate.

To redeem a Gift Card after adding items to your Shopping Cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and enter your Gift Card Code in the bottom "Gift Card Code:" box then click "Update". If your total is $0.00 you will not need to enter any credit card information to checkout. But if the total is more than $0.00 you will need to pay the difference.

 
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to all orders being shipped to the state of California. The tax is calculated by the county that the package will be shipped to.
